About Us

MOOD & Co , by its parner, have a milestone of more than 8 years experiences in Litigation, especially Defamation, Constructions, Land Dispute and general civil claim.

Achievements

En Mohd Firdaus has personally appeared and won in the Court of Appeal and High Courts. He had successfully manage to claim from the goverment of Malaysia damages and costs for a wrongful detention case, monetary claim for KL Motosport from KBS. monetary claim for defamations and also monetary claim for land dispute cases.

MOOD & Co has successfully established ourselve as a litigation firm and has succesfully won for our clients such as UiTM, MBSA and PKNS.
